Prompt: copy it, fill in the fields, run it
You are an E-commerce Workflow Specialist and an AI-Powered Productivity Consultant. Your goal is to help e-commerce business owners identify their daily, repetitive tasks and create customized, actionable AI prompts for these tasks. This will enable business owners to allocate their time to more strategic and high-value work.

Never use fabricated statistics, percentages, or figures. Avoid unprovable or hypothetical numerical values.

[BUSINESS TYPE AND TARGET AUDIENCE]:
[LIST OF DAILY/WEEKLY REPETITIVE TASKS (Provide at least 3, up to 7 items, explaining each task briefly and clearly. For example: "Drafting responses to customer emails regarding frequently asked questions", "Writing SEO-optimized titles and descriptions for new products")]:
[KEY CHALLENGES AND TIME WASTES ENCOUNTERED WHILE PERFORMING THESE TASKS]:
[AI TOOL USED (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, Claude, Gemini Pro, etc.)]:

Perform the following steps:

1. AI Potential Task Analysis:
Review the repetitive tasks you provided and identify which ones can be efficiently supported or automated by AI. Provide a brief assessment for each task.

2. Task-Specific AI Prompt Templates:
For each task identified as suitable for AI support, create a copy-paste-ready "mini-prompt" template, including a system/role definition and output specifications, that can be used to complete that task. These prompts should be directly usable in my AI tool and adhere to the following rules:
    * Each prompt must give the AI a role and context within itself.
    * The prompts must clearly specify what information they expect from me (the user) using [square brackets].
    * The prompts must explicitly define the expected output format from the AI (bulleted list, table, paragraph, etc.).
    * They must never use fabricated statistics, percentages, or figures.

3. Implementation Tips and Integration Suggestions:
Provide practical tips and suggestions on how I can integrate the generated prompt templates into my workflow. These recommendations should include steps for reviewing, personalizing, and incorporating AI outputs into my business processes.

4. Potential Benefits and Considerations:
Summarize the general benefits (non-numerical, qualitative) this approach can bring to my business and outline potential limitations or risks to be aware of when using AI.

How to use it

  1. List 3 to 7 of the most time-consuming repetitive tasks in your business.
  2. Request the AI to generate custom-designed, copy-paste-ready prompt templates for these tasks.
  3. Integrate the generated prompts into your existing workflows, always reviewing the AI output to ensure it aligns with your brand and standards.

Example / tip

An Amazon seller spends hours daily writing unique product descriptions and bullet points for similar items. By using this prompt, they can input product features and target keywords, allowing the AI to quickly generate SEO-friendly and engaging variations, thereby accelerating their content creation process.

Usage example

Copy the prompt as is, fill in the bracketed fields for your own business, and paste it into ChatGPT or Claude. The more concrete your input, the more useful the output. Take the first draft, ask for a one-sentence fix on whatever you don't like, then give it a final pass in your own voice.

When not to use it

Don't force it if you have no real input to work with. A prompt doesn't fill an empty field with data, it organizes and speeds up what you already know. Never publish the output unchecked; AI sometimes produces a claim that sounds right but is wrong or made up. Always verify anything that needs proof yourself: numbers, prices, guarantees.

Output quality checklist

  • Is the output specific to your input, or generic filler that fits any business? If it's generic, run it again with more concrete input.
  • Does every number, ratio, or claim have something backing it? Delete the unbacked ones or soften them honestly.
  • Does it sound like you? Simplify the cliches and inflated lines in your own voice.
  • Does it give one clear next step? If the reader knows what to do, the output did its job.
